Statement
Art is for Rosangela de Araujo a primal, ethereal and omnipresent field carrying information to the human spirit; making art the process of authentically decoding art’s data into art works.
Her creativity is sparked by awareness, contemplation and self-reflection. Chance, synchronicity and nature are her main sources of inspiration; philosophy, psychology and spirituality her translation tools.
Rosangela is interested in ways to experiment and investigate still and moving image and to connect, inspire and be inspired by making art and writing poetry with meaning and purpose.
